JMU Game and tailgating fun!

We visited JMU on Saturday to tailgate and attend the football game. Though, we did not leave the stadium with a win, we still had a great time. That wasn't Sean's first time at JMU but it was his first time in the stadium for the game. He enjoyed the game! (mostly because his buddy Gracyn came too!) Oh, and by the way, the game was a PINK OUT so that is why we are all wearing pink!

Our October Summer

Though we are sort of excited for fall weather, we did take advantage of the summer like temps in late October. It was 80 today but was comfortable in the shade at the park. Sean had a good time as you can see from the pics!

A fun weekend!

As you read, our weekend started off with a Fall Festival at Sean's school. On Saturday evening we visited friends who just had a baby, and then headed to dinner with our group of friends and the 79 children. Jk, it was only 6 (3 newborns!) but we were a spectacle in the restaurant for sure. The kids had a good time.

A little....I mean a lot nervous about being on Daddy's shoulders!

Then, on Sunday we went to the Fall Festival at our church and Sean actually got up enough courage to get his face painted. Too bad, shortly after that he stepped on a rake in the sandbox and kicked up a lot of sand into his face. So, I had to flush his eyes with water so the spider washed off. But, he did have it! It was an overall fun weekend for us! Oh, and his eyes are fine now though he was pretty upset about it-the lollipop I gave him when we got home had miraculous curing abilities!

Thinking about getting his face painted...hmm...
Yay! A spider...not to be confused with the Richmond Spiders, though!

Sean's Fall Festival

Sean school hosted their annual Fall Festival this evening. Sean and Gracyn dressed up and went to play. There were games, a DJ, pumpkin decorating, crafts, and of course Sean's favorite...the playground. It was a fun night for all of us. We love Sean's new school and he is happy and learning so much!

Waiting for Gracyn to arrive!

Bruce and Nemo. . .

Sean and Gracyn have a history of a "couple" costume for Halloween. They are true best friends! Check them out over the past 2.5 years. They have both changed quite a bit!

First, they were The princess and the pea (pod).
Ages 5.5 mos and 3.5 monthsThen, they were both safari animals, a monkey and a giraffe.
Ages 17 months and 15 months
And this year, they are going as Bruce (the shark) and Nemo
ages 2.5 and 2
I am hoping for a better pic but that is about as good as it gets with two 2 year olds!
This is what happened after....
