We sold our house!
Whoa! After one day of being on the market at two buyers looking at it, we got a contract for full price! We also got the other house down the street! What a great week! Now, its time to pack!

Snow, teeth, and princesses
We begged for it to snow so much that once it started snowing, it didn't stop! For weeks school was cancelled on and off. Now that the kids are old enough to go outside and play without us, Dan and I enjoyed watching them from the window this year!
Little did we know a few weeks ago, but we are going to try to sell our house! We used the snow days to clean and pack up the house to make it more presentable (mainly de cluttering and making the dining room a dining room again instead of a play room). It sounds crazy but we found a house that we want to buy and so we are going to give it a shot. Even better? The house is only a few doors down the street!
Along the way Sean lost his first tooth! We didn't pack up all the princess gear, Carter dressed up for a school fairy tale day with her princess outfit.
