Day 2: Museum of Natural History, dinner and playtime

After the air space museum we walked over to the museum of natural history. It was so much fun! The air and space museum was great but the museum of natural history was more kid friendly and by that I mean Carter-friendly! She was amazed by the huge displays and all there was to see, including the live butterfly garden. We spent all afternoon there before making the trek back to the metro and then home. We had a nice dinner out where Dan's Aunt JoAnn joined us and then had some playtime at the house. Whew! What a day!
