With an early September Birthday from time to time Carter's birthday will fall on the first day of school. This year, she started Pre-K and Sean started 2nd grade. She of course had to open a few presents before school. We went to a nice dinner at her choice of restaurant, Red Robin, and then went home to eat home made cupcakes and open the rest of her presents. Her teachers had a nice crown waiting for her but they didn't realize she was only turning 4. You'll notice it has 5's on it!
