What do you do when you are off of school due to a hurricane? Wake up
late, oh wait not, didn't do that but we did a lot of other fun stuff!
We stayed in our "comfy" clothes all day made banana bread and cupcakes,
played play doh, chased each other around the house and watched it rain
and blow out the window! We also had a yummy homemade veggie meatball soup for dinner that was perfect for a wet cold day. I would say our first hurricane day was a
success. Oh, that's right we are going for day #2 tomorrow. More fun to
come and luckily for us the storm isn't hitting us too bad so we are
safe and warm at home!
