Do we live in a snow belt?

This is our third huge winter storm of the season. We have lived in Richmond so many years without snow we are overwhelmed with it now! It just keeps coming and coming. The last batch hasn't melted yet and we just went back to school yesterday. Now, today, we are home again. I can't complain though because I am home for the day with my two favorite people. I guess we'll be doing some more sledding very soon!
