Sean had quite the day today. We wanted to get out of the house for a few hours this morning while Dan was painting our bathroom (soon to be complete!) so we headed to the mall to play and tothe pool to swim. He was a little braver this time at the play center at the mall and was watching and learning from the other kids at how to be a bit more of a dare devil. At the pool, he jumped in by himself (into my arms) for the first time and went under water a few times without getting upset. He also discovered that he can "swim" by laying on his tummy and army crawling through the shallow water while kicking. Close enough right?To finish it off we went to a birthday party at Maymont Park where he got to feed the animals, play with friends, eat lots of cake, and go on a tractor ride! Later on his best buddy, Gracyn, came over for date night (while her parents had date night as well). The two of them had a blast together and now are both peacefully sleeping. Whew...what a day!
