It was a raining day in the mountains so we decided to head the Tanger Outlets to do a little shopping. We got quite he haulf for the kids (thanks Nama and Poppy!) and even some stuff for Dan and I. Carter and Sean were able to ride a few "rides" there and Carter loved it. I heard her screaming from down the way and I wondered what happened. She started crying hysterically when the horse stopped...ha ha
