The Bethlehem Walk

There is a local church that sponsors what is called the "Bethlehem Walk" which is like a walking/interactive play about the life of Jesus. We were able to participate in it this year and enjoyed a great night. It is a "walking play" so you travel through the city of old Bethlehem and the characters walk you through and explain things as related to Christmas and the birth of Jesus. It was quite the experience as the line was insane and we ended up waiting for 2 hours to go on the 1 hour tour/play experience which would have been fine if we didn't have a 2.5 month old and a 3.5 year old outside for that long! Luckily they had fire pits at each stop we were able to warm up a bit and Carter was all snuggled in her car seat that she didn't seem to mind. She slept pretty much the whole time and we didn't even get home and get them all to bed until 10pm. Whew, it was a crazy night but fun and Sean had a great time. Besides the baby Jesus part, riding the school bus was the best part of the night. Due to the massive amount of people we had to park in a satellite lot and ride a school bus and that was super fun for Sean! It was his first time on a bus and boy was he excited!Riding the school bus!
All snuggled and warm!
